When I first walk into any clothing store I think of fresh cut roses

and that nice fragrance they give off. In addition, when I am in the store I see all the varieties of clothing and I think of a bouquet of carnations

I also think of being in a candy store, with all the different colors:

• Pink
• Red
• Orange
• Yellow

When I am walking around the store and browsing through all the garments and I pick up something that I like it feels as if I am picking up a hand full of Egyptian cotton real fluffy and soft.

Comparison

Fashion to some people might be seen as a jungle beautiful but mean at times.

All designers want to be kings of the jungle. All fashions fight each other so that they can be seen as the best just like a lion would do to be seen as king of the jungle.

For example, couture clothing is always fighting against urban or everyday clothing to be seen as the best. Although couture clothing is best looking and very luxurious it is also the most expensive and that’s why urban clothing is seen as the best because its more affordable for the average consumer. One could also see fashion as a sport. In fashion, all clothing brands go against each other to be seen as the better player. One could also say that there competing against each one other. For example, at a fashion show brands all are competing to look better so that people will buy the clothing:

Cause and Effect

An accident at a fashion show can happen at any moment. For example, a models dress can rip and the model can fall while walking down the runway. The influences that could make that event happen could be:

• The model was not thinking about what she was doing


• The dress was too long


• The model might not have been walking properly


• Might not have practiced walking in shoes

The event would be the models dress ripping and she falling

• The possible outcomes of the event could be:


• The model could feel as if she has ruined the fashion show


• The model could hate herself for falling on the runway


• No model agency will want to hire that model for their shows

As you can see, there are many influences to any event and many possible out comes to an event. There were many reasons why the model fell and many different ways the model could have felt.

Advocacy

There are many reasons why fashion is really great. In fashion, you can express yourself many different ways.

For example, a new trend out lets you wear a scarf with any outfit and in any season other than just at wintertime. Fashion is also really great because it lets people show off their individuality.

Fashion also lets people dress up in accessories:

• Fashion jewelry
• headbands
• sunglasses

Fashion is also cool because old trends can come back at any time. For example, fashion experts brought back the trends form the 70s. Like people are wearing:

• high-rise jeans


• jump suit outfits


• bell-bottom jeans
  
• 70s inspired dresses
  
• vests

Fashion is also great because it shows people who you are. Your clothing can show people that you are an adventurous person or your clothing can show people that you are a more reserved person.

Presence

I walked into Macys on Black Friday, the store was in total chaos. I could see women fighting each other

like animals for clothing that they could not even fit.

I realized that women would do anything for clothing thats on sale. If you think that children act bad when they see a new toy

you should see grown women pushing and stomping on each other like they’re in a mosh pit. It was crazy to see the things they were fighting each other over. They were fighting over:

• Dresses


• Shoes


• Purses


• Bedding
  
• Home decorations

When I finally came out the crowd and to the checkout counter the cashier told me that the store becomes this way every year, she can never get over the traumatizing effects of seeing employs being trampled on when the doors fly open, and the women come running in as if in a stampede.
